- On the left of the screen, there is a column called “Exp.” This column
is only for the computer to order the subjects.
- “Last Week” and “This Week” indicates the student’s attendance. See the
Legend at the bottom of the screen for the attendance codes. Generally
the most common codes are “T” for tardy, and “A” for absent.
- You will notice AM and PM attendance listed. This corresponds to morning
and afternoon. If a student leaves before 2:00 pm, the student is absent
for the PM attendance. If the student is absent for the entire day, the
student is absent for both AM and PM attendance. The Attendance Totals
at the bottom right of the screen will reflect 2 periods absent if a
student is absent for the entire day.

- For example:
- 9/05/03 Worksheet 1 Grade: A (5/5=100%)
- 9/15/03 Test 1 Grade: C+
(80/100=80%)
- In this case, the worksheet is only worth 5 pts, while the test is worth
100 pts. The average would be 85/105 = 81% = C+
- Not
- (100% + 80%) / 2 = 90% = B+
